Provided that no industrial activity is taking place and all drums, totes, containment structures, etc., are not leaking or discharging, the stortmvater monitoring can be discontinued per the following conditions: • The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) shall be kept updated to reflect the status of the facility. It should note that no stockpiles or wastewater of any kind are to be stored on the site, and that no industrial activity is to take place while the site is not active. • Qualitative monitoring and Analytical monitoring do not have to be conducted as long as the above conditions and all other permit conditions are met. • The annual permit fee will still be due as usual. • This office must be notified prior to commencing any industrial activity on the site, even if just temporary or short-term.
