In accordance with your request, the coverage under those permits is rescinded effective immediately. As you know, discharging specific types of stormwater to waters of the State without valid coverage under an NPDES permit is against federal and state laws and could result in fines. if something changes and your business would again require stormwater or wastewater discharge permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately.
