The area is sloped so all stormwater flows to a central low spot. The stormwater is conveyed off site via a cut in the concrete curb with a concrete swale leading off site. There is also a concrete barrier wall (-5' tall) around the back portion of the parking area with razor wire at the top. Where the concrete barrier wall meets the curbed parking area with chain link fence there are vertical cutouts in the concrete barrier wall that allows the stormwater to drain from the parking area in larger storm events.
