The facility is classified as a 90 day or less retro storage facility. The hazardous material "generated" by the facility comes from draining residuals from tanker trucks, prior to maintenance. The draining process occurs indoors. Drained materials is drummed and the drums stored in sealed containers. Containers are picked up for disposal by various firms, depending on the characteristics of the hazardous waste.
