This will acknowledge receipt of your letter, dated November 21, 2005. In
accordance with your request, we are providing this update within the three-week
response time given in your letter.
Almont fully intents to provide the requested information concerning the above
referenced permit application. We are currently preparing this information, and
anticipate delivery to you on or before December 20, 2005.
Please understand that Almont wants to continue pursuing this project. This
permit will enable Almont's downtown ship terminal to transition from its industrial
application into a marina development that is desired and welcomed by the City of
Wilmington and so many other people.
Your consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated.
