The form is for General Shale Brick/NCG070154. I was unable to coordinate with him due to his fall leave to get the request done until now. He was not available at all from fall through Christmas. Anyway, I was finally able to meet with him to look at the site. It is a small parcel of land that used to be part of the Old Sanford Mine. Most of the mine was sold to Green Meadow and is now the Colon Mine (the permit transferred with the exception of this parcel. The portion that belongs to Warren is a 3 acre parcel with a storage building on it. They are not using the lot for anything other than storage. Nothing was outside the building. The surrounding area is grassed or gravel parking. There is no day to day activity for the plot. recommend the rescission request. Thanks Diane C.
