Follow-up
Inspection Summary:
This was a follow up inspection to the June 2018 inspection of the Mars Hill Collection System. I met with Jason Riddle
(ORC) and Tommy Worley (Backup ORC) for the inspection.
The record keeping is much more complete and organized now. It appears all required information is being recorded.
The Spill Response Plan is now located in a place of access for all employees.
The floats and alarms at the Crossroads Pump Station are now operable. Mr. Riddle said the problem was a burned out
power supply during the previous inspection.
