consultant, Ms. Sulley Quinones (sulle . uinones chep.com, 407-462-4854). We discussed the information on the NOI
as well as the conditions of the NCG210000 General Stormwater Permit. Ms. Quinones is knowledgeable about the
permit requirements, which she plans to relay to the company via training. The company is in the process of hiring a
plant manager and other staff and facility operations are scheduled to commence around the end of March. The
Fayetteville Regional Office has no objections to issuance of permit coverage under the NCG210000 General Stormwater
Permit for the facility.
Upon issuance of permit coverage, please provide our office as well as Ms. Quinones with a copy of the Certificate of
Coverage letter.
