Enclosed are Unilin North America LLC — Mount Gilead facility's storm water discharge
monitoring results for the 2017 2nd semiannual period. On November 20, 2017 a sample
was taken and submitted to PAR Labs. The results for our COD were slightly elevated
at 124 mg/L. The threshold is 120 mg/L. We reached out to Dr. Albert Rubin to see
what we could do to reduce our COD. At his advice we are planting some additional
plants and are looking into installing an aerator in our treatment ponds. We expect to
have the aerator first quarter 2018.
