Robeson County Dear Mr. Garza: Dee Freeman Secretary On September 15, 2009, Mark Brantley, Environmental Chemist, from the Fayetteville Regional Office of the Division of Water Quality, conducted a site inspection at the Kayser Roth Corp. -Lumberton facility located at 3707 W Fifth Street in Robeson County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. Mr. Adolfo Garza and Mr. Laval Choiniere were also present during the inspection and their time and assistance is greatly appreciated. Stormwater from this facility drains to receiving waters designated as Lumberton MSS to Jacob Swamp, a Class C-SW water located in the Lumber River Basin. The site visit and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit-NCG 170240, Accordingly, the following observations were noted during the Division of Water Quality inspection (please see the enclosed addendum for information about your permit): 1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has been developed, recorded, and properly implemented.
