On April 29, 2011, Mark Brantley, Environmental Chemist, from the Fayetteville Regional Office of the
Division of Water Quality, conducted a site inspection at the Wade Manufacturing facility located on Hwy 74
east, in Wadesboro, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review.
David Bruton was also present during the inspection and his time and assistance is greatly appreciated.
Stormwater from this facility drains to Jones Creek, a Class C stream located in the Yadkin River Basin. The
site visit and file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit-
NCG 170061,
Accordingly, the following observations were noted during the Division of Water Quality inspection:

Resources, or relieve the permittee from responsibility for compliance with any other applicable federal, state, or
local law, rule, standard, ordinance, order, judgment, or decree.
