Attached is a Stormwater NOI for Caraustar Recovered Fiber Group, Inc., 4915 Novis Road, Charlotte, NC 28208 (the
Facility). Caraustar retained 5tantec in 2017 to prepare a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) for the Facility,
which was finalized on )uly 25, 2017 (a copy of the cover/signature pages and table of contents is attached).
Unfortunately, the NOI and 5100 fee was never submitted; until now - enclosed.
Stantec has been retained to assist Caraustar on this on their behalf. In addition, we plan to revise the existing SPPP to
meet the conditions of the new stormwater permit.
If you or anyone else has any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me directly. The Facility manager's name and
contact information is also provided on the NOI.
