The assistance provided by Mr. Ulysses Harris, the plant supervisor, was greatly appreciated. The inspection report is attached. Findings during the inspection were as follows: Certificate of Coverage (COC) No. NCG 130042 of NPDES general permit NCG130000 was issued to Sonoco Product Company, to discharge stormwater runoff from a facility located at 1 i 1 South Rogers Lane in Raleigh Wake County to Crabtree Creek, a class C-NSW stream, in the Neuse River Basin. 2. The facility has developed a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP). It covered all components and met the requirements of the General Permit, except that employee training was not provided and documented. The facility must provide and document training to all personnel involved in any of the facility's operations that have potential to contaminate stormwater runoff, on proper response, cleanup procedures, and preventive maintenance activities at a minimum on an annual basis. 3. Qualitative monitoring was conducted and documented as required by the permit. 4. The stormwater bio-retention pond and discharge outfall were observed during the inspection and in good condition. They'll discharge stormwater into Crabtree Creek (C-NSW). A copy of the NOI is attached. Does the RRO have any concerns with issuing a COC for this facility?
