Smith Gardner (S+G) is submitting this Year Six, Tier 2, 2018 Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) for
stormwater monitoring at the Dunn -Erwin Landfill (Site) Municipal Solid Waste 1MSW1 Landfill. The
Site is located in Harnett County, North Carolina. The Site is currently permitted to discharge water
from landfill related activities under Certificate of Coverage [COCJ Number NCG120092, General
Permit Number NCG120000.
Please note that after conversations with the Stormwater Permitting Program, the previously sampled
Stormwater Discharge Outfatl (SDO) locations 3, 4, and 5 have been combined into one SOO location,
as the three (3) discharges commingle before leaving the property. The facility is required to monitor
discharge at the following SOO locations:
1) SOO1,
2) SOO 2;
31 SDO 3,4,5.
The site is currently in Tier 2 status at SOO 2 for Fecal. Monthly monitoring will continue at this
location.
