As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to be in compliance with the conditions of the NCG110000 permit. Met with Mr. Harold Walton, ORC, who provided the facility's Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) and monitoring records for review. Facility's SPPP appears to contain all permit -required components. Documentation of an annual reviewtupdate per Part II, Section A, item 8 of the permit as well as annual employee training should continue. Qualitative (visual) monitoring records from 2013 through 2017 were reviewed. According to the monitoring records, three stormwater discharge outfalls have been identified and labeled.as being located adjacent to clarifier 1, clarifier 2 and the chlorine contact chamber. Based on site observations and discussions with Mr. Walton during this inspection, the concrete ditch at the digesters should be added asa stormwater discharge outfall to the monitoring schedule, the two "outfalls" at the clarifiers could be eliminated and monitoring at the stormwater outfall adjacent to the chlorine contact chamber should continue: This would make the total number of outfalls that discharge stormwater to surface waters to be monitored per the conditions of the permit to two..
