Your assistance was appreciated and facilitated the inspection process. The facility had the following violations of Stormwater Permit No. NCG1000000 (NCG 100223) and observations were as follows: 1. The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan has not been created and implemented as required by the General Permit No.NCG100000 (Certificate of Coverage No. NCG100223). Section A. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. 2. Qualitative Monitoring had not been conducted as required by General Permit No. NCG1000000 (Certificate of Coverage No. NCG 100223). Section C. Qualitative Monitoring Requirements. 3. Analytical Monitoring had not been conducted as required by General Permit No. NCG1000000 (Certificate of Coverage No. NCG 100223). Section B.
