Please find enclosed report from our most recent storm water runoff test.
We're a little puzzled as to the PH levels. Enco Labs said that due to sample
preservation laws there is no chance of a mistake. Jim Azarello from Durham City
Storm water came after the sampling to do his own test and the PH was normal. I
have no way to explain the results other than a typographical error. We will
purchase a PH test kit and monitor frequently.
Our lead levels are still high, although improved. All lead is now stored
indoors and lead acid batteries are covered. I believe that any lead in the water
at this point is residual and expect the levels to get better on the next test.

For purposes of this permit the definition of Total Toxic Organics is that list as stated in Appendix D, Table II of Chapter 40 Code of Federal Regulalions (CFR) Par[ 122.
Facilities that incorporatc a solvent management plan into the Stornnvater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the requirement for TTO monitoring may be waived. The
solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the
TTO monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics (TTO), I
certify that to the best of tmy knowledge and belief. no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or stormwater
runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing all the provisions of the solvent management plan
included in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

FLAGSINOTES AND DEFINITIONS
B The analyte was detected in the associated method blank.
D The sample was analyzed at dilution.
J The reported value is between the laboratory method detection limit (MDL) and the laboratory method
reporting limit (MRL), adjusted for actual sample preparation data and moisture content, where applicable.
U The analyte was analyzed for but not detected to the level shown, adjusted for actual sample preparation
data and moisture content, where applicable.
E The concentration indicated for this analyte is an estimated value above the calibration range of the
instrument. This value is considered an estimate.
MRL Method Reporting Limit. The MRL is roughly equivalent to the practical quantitation limit (PQL) and is
based on the low point of the calibration curve, when applicable, sample preparation factor, dilution
factor, and, in the case of soil samples, moisture content.
ND The analyte was analyzed for but not detected to the level shown, adjusted for actual sample preparation
data and moisture content, where applicable.
Q Analysis performed outside of method - specified holding time.
QR-02 The RPD result exceeded the QC control limits; however, both percent recoveries were
acceptable. Sample results for the QC batch were accepted based on percent recoveries and
completeness of QC data.
QR-04 Duplicate precision outside acceptance limits due to low analyte concentration.
