Attached are five copies of a Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) Application for the referenced
project, a USGS quadrangle map showing the subject project location, two (2) 24" x 36" Site
Plans and three (3) 11" x 17" site plans depicting the 50 LF of proposed roadway / creek
culvert.
Also attached is a copy of the transmittal letters to USCOE and NC Wildlife Resources, and a
processing fee in the amount of $240.00.
In order to complete an application to the City of Asheville, we would appreciate a letter of
acknowledgement from DWQ upon your review and approval.
