There are no blue line streams within proximity, although the facility is to discharge to a UT of Middle Toisnot Swamp, the UT does not show up on the USGS or the Soil Survey for Wilson County and the blue line stream is a good distance away. No wetlands appear with close proximity to the site. The site discharges stormwater at one point to an unnamed tributary to Toisnot Swamp (Class C;Sw;NSW). The NO! is attached. Please let me know if the Raleigh Regional Office has any concerns about issuing a COC for a general permit for this facility. Please also let me know of any potential impacts to wetlands.
