Brian, it appears that this facility has been built sometimes between 1995 and 2005. It did not disturb more than one
acre at that time, so no State Stormwater permit issues here and I don't see any 401 issues either. I believe that we can
go ahead and issue this one.

We've received an NOI from Rolling Frito-Lay Sales LP for their site Ahoskie Bin in Hertford
County requesting coverage of under an NCG08. The site discharges stormwater to the an
unnamed tributary to Ahoskie Creek (C; NSW). The NOI is attached.
Please let me know if the Washington Regional Office has any concerns about issuing this
facility a COC for this general permit, and are there any potential impacts to wetlands? If
we don't receive any objections, we'll issue the COC in 30 days.
