A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review. Mr. Stephen Slater was also present during the inspection and his time and assistance is greatly appreciated. They confirmed that vehicle washing would be performed on site by an outside contractor who brings some type of pad to contain the water and then haul it away for proper disposal. I did not observe any possible wetlands areas. I would recommend proceeding with issuance of a COC. One other note. This company used to be at a different location within the same town and had permit coverage under NCG080779. I advised them to request rescission of that coverage if they hadn't already done so.
