Your assistance and the assistance of Mr. Mark Evans were helpful and appreciated. This inspection was conducted to determine your compliance with the subject NPDE;S stormwater general permit. The following observations were noted during the inspection: SITE DESCRIPTION The Frito Lay Facility is located at 7504 Precision Drive in Northwest Wake County and contains two Stormwater Discharge Outfalls: The facility is conducting minor vehicle maintenance, but no on - site fueling operations. INSPECTION SUMMARY The subject permit expires October 31, 2012. Review of the outfall and records for the general permit indicate the facility and stormwater discharge outfall (SDO) are well -maintained and the facility is in compliance will all requirements of the permit. Please continue to maintain the records required as part of the SP3 for at least three (3) years. Outfall #1 receives employee parking area runoff and was in adequate condition. Outfall #2 receives sheet flow from the smaller, front parking area. No problems found with either outfall.
