Attached is a checklist from the inspection for your review. Your facility was compliant with the permit, with these comments: • Following the details in Part II of the permit concerning the stormwater manual, please combine the materials from two notebooks into one. That will be less confusing and the resulting manual can become a repository for documentation that accumulates each year -- such as quarterly monitoring records, employee training, an updated list of responsible parties, notes on any spills and annual reviews of the manual. The manual should hold five years' worth of data in any given year when Division inspections are made. • Training specific to stormwater was not documented, yet regular Flaz Mat training for spill response covers the most important aspect of stormwater awareness for this facility.
