Comment: Site map is attached. Some erosion exists at DP-2 that should be addressed to prevent sediment and fines from reaching the creek. The creek had no current evidence of sediment or other observable water quality issue. DP-1 could use a vegetation clean out, the rip rap/stormdrain structure appears to be in good condition. There is a marsh located behind the waste concrete/spoils area that is stagnant and contains algal cover. This is not an outfall, but this water does eventually sheet flow towards the creek. It is recommended that the facility clean up the waste concrete area such that the concrete is contained within the blocked/cement pad area and not overflowing into the marsh area. It is also recommended that the facility clean up wire that is located by the manhole storage area, as this area also drains by sheetflow to the creek. The facility recycles process water on -site. The facility should take care to ensure this water is not discharged to the storm drain system.
