The sample analyses included TSS, COD, pH and Oil and Grease (HEM). All parameters were within the Benchmark Values for Analytical Monitoring published in the December 4, 2012 General Coverage Permit NCG060000. The data sheets provide a summary of the sampling event and total rainfall during the sampling event, which was conducted on November 6, 2014. GSK no longer conducts pharmaceutical activities at this site, and staff had been relocated from the property in 2011. No industrial activities occur at this site. Thus, on today's date, GSK also plans to submit a Recission Request Form to NPDES Permit staff in regard to the subject permit. Please feel free to contact me at (919) 483-4640 if you have any questions or need additional information. The analytes included TSS, COD. pH and Oil and Grease (HEM). TSS was above the Benchmark Values for Analytical Monitoring, published in the December 4, 2012 General Coverage Permit NCG060000, at 140 mg/L. In accordance with the subject permit requirements, Tier One actions were promptly implemented. GlaxoSmithKtine performed a stormwater management inspection on June 4, 2014, evaluated potential causes of the TSS exceedance, and took additional measures to minimize the potential for this exceedance to recur. All actions taken as a result of the exceedance have been recorded in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP.) The data sheets provide a summary of the sampling event and total rainfall during the sampling event on May 15.2014. There have been no reportable releases or discharges of pollutants to the ground on the G1axoSmithKline campuses through the 2014 calendar year to date. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me at (919)483-4640.
