Thomas Inc. Dear Eric: In response to our conversation of July 3, 1996, we are submitting a revised copy of the Preeonstruction Notification Application for Julian R Thomas Inc.. During our converasation you noted that the June 260i application requested permission to impact 0.2655 acres of Avetland. The requested acreage comprised all the delineated wetlands on the property. Such a request did not demonstrate a minimized impact. Attached is a revised copy of page 2 from the Preconstruction Notification Application. The original request of 0.2655 acres has been decreased by more than 60% to 0. 16 acres (sec attachment 1). The land use will be as shown on attachment 2. Eric, I believe this revision is in keeping with our conversation to demonstrate an effort to minimize impact.
