This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the US Environmental Protection Agency dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended). Inspection authority is granted by Charlotte City Code Chapter 18, Article 11I, Section 18-82. The following observations were noted during the 'inspection as part of the Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance review and can be found in more detail within the Site Inspection section of the attached report: I) Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance Revie e VehicIe/Equipment Areas: A Bobcat Skid -Steer Loader was observed discharging motor oil to ground.
