Only one of the two analytical sampling events for 2018 was available and the TSS bechamrk limitation was exceeded for the 2018 sample without a Tier 1 response completed. The qualitative monitoring reports were blank for all sampling events. The outlets were not clearly defined and sampling points should be determined on three sides of the property.
