Inspection Summary;
While the facility's SWPPP was complete, records were incomplete at the time of inspection. Only one of the two analytical
sampling events for 2018 was available and the TSS bechamrk limitation was exceeded for the 2018 sample without a Tier 1
response completed. The qualitative monitoring reports were blank for all sampling events. The outlets were not clearly
defined and sampling points should be determined on three sides of the property. These outfalls should be sampled for one
