The facility is located at 1212 Webb Rd; Salisbury, NC; 28146. On December 29, 2015 the facility collected its 41h consecutive storm water sample with a Total Suspended Solids (TSS) concentration over the benchmark of 100 parts per million. The facility has been collecting monthly storm water samples since September of 2015 when a second consecutive positive results was received for Ethylene Glycol, placing the facility in Tier Two status. The September 25, 2015 sample was also measured over the benchmark for Oil and Grease, Total Recoverable Lead, and Total Suspended Solids. The facility has been making continual improvements to its BMPs, work practices, and sample collection techniques. The chart below reflects the progress of the facility in the continual lowering of results.
