Vacant — Division Manager I (Intermodal Manager) Adam Motsinger —Regional Env, Ops. (Adam.Motsinger(anscorp.com) Leonard Stogner— Environmental Contractor (stogner3Ca.vnet.net) Notes We experienced an exceedance of a permit benchmark level during this monitoring period. The result of the analysis for Non -Polar Oil and Grease/TPH EPA Method 1664 (SGT-HEM), (17 mg/l) was slightly above the permit allowable threshold benchmark level (15 mg/l.) Norfolk Southern has followed the required procedure and completed a Tier I site inspection and that inspection was completed within the required two week time limit. From the inspection it appears that a significant rain fall event overwhelmed the oil water separator at this facility allowing bypass condition. This facility in its history has never experienced an exceedance of any constituents.
