Inspection Summary:
The Norfolk Southern Thoroughbred Bulk Terminal is located on approximately 34 acres of property at 2820 Nevada
Boulevard in Charlotte. Operations at the terminal include the unloading of railcars to trailers, and the fueling and
maintenance of facility equipment.
The facility was observed to be in compliance with the City of Charlotte Storm Water Pollution Control Ordinance and
NPDES General Permit NCG08000 during the inspection. Please refer to the report for comments and recommendations
concerning the inspection.
