We have received an application for coverage of a new facility under NCG 08 from FedEx Freight, Inc. The facility drains to a UT to Clark Creek (class C) in Newton (Catawba County). They have vehicle maintenance, but no haz, waste. Does the MRO have any concerns about issuing this facility a COC for this general permit? A note about the receiving water: The NOI says Cline Creek, but based on the location of the pond and the USGS map, it looks like it drains away from Cline Creek to a UT of Clark Creek, The site is right on the ridge dividing the two creeks.
