The Division is unable to concur with your request for rescission of this permit. Mooresville Regional Office Staff inspected this facility, and concluded that while the Company had relocated to 5201 Sunset Road, the permit is still needed for the subject facility. You are still responsible for the site under the current valid permit. Per your permit, you are obligated to submit a name/ownership change request with appropriate legal documentation of the transfer of ownership. The aforementioned form is attached.
