I am writing you as to inform you as to the status of the violations. We are working on developing and implementing a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan -and this should be in effect by the end of the year 2007. After this plan is in place than I will be able to do the analytical monitoring and qualitative monitoring as required. As per requesting a permit modification for a name change, the property is still legally listed as Iredell Milk Transportation, Inc. in the state of North Carolina.
