Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) report for the inspection conducted at
the subject facility on May 20, 2010, by Ms. Barbara Sifford of this Office. The site drains into an unnamed
tributary Class C waters in the Yadkin River Basin. The site visit and file review revealed that the subject
facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit NCG080000, Thank you for your assistance and
cooperation during the inspection.
Accordingly, the following observations were noted during the inspection:

The facility has a drainage ditch that vehicle wash water enters into. This discharge should cease or be
connected to the city of vlarshville's sewer line for proper treatment.
The report should be self-explanatory. Please be advised that violations of the NPDES General Permit are
subject to a civil penalty assessment of up to $25,000.00 per day for each violation. Please respond to this
letter in writing within 60 days as to the course of action that you plan to take to correct this discharge for our
records. If you have any questions, comments, or need assistance with understanding any aspect of your

association. This needs to reflect current changes in the operations that are conducted
at the facility now. All of the stormwater drains off to Marshville storm drainage system.
