permitted site outfall. The previous measurable storm event must have been at least 72 hours
prior. The 72-hour storm interval does not apply if the permittee is able to document that a shorter
interval is representative for local storm events during the sampling period, and the permittee
obtains approval from the local DWQ Regional Office.

We have completed the stormwater monitoring of your facility's industrial stormwater discharge
outfall locations for Year 6, Period 1, Sample 11 during the first half of 2018 and the Stormwater
Discharge Outfall Monitoring Report to satisfy the quantitative and qualitative sampling
requirements of your General Permit NCG060000, Certificate of Coverage NCG060298. We are
pleased to report that all results of the this sampling event were within the benchmark values
outlined in Table 3 on Page 7 of 12 in Section B, Part II, of your NPDES General Stormwater
Discharge Permit.
