monthly discharge report for outfall #007.
Outfall #7, which is the discharge from the on property stormwater pit, was above the COD and
TSS benchmarks for two consecutive sampling periods placing this location in Tier Two.
Monthly sampling for COD and TSS is being conducted at outfall V.

Inc_
Outfall #7, which is the discharge from the on property stormwater pit, was above the COD and
TSS benchmarks for two consecutive sampling periods placing this location in Tier Two.
Monthly sampling for COD and TSS will be conducted at outfall #7. Kimberly -Horn and
Associates, Inc. has conducted a site survey and an expansion of the stormwater pit is being
explored.

Inc. We were unable to sample a qualifying rain event prior to the expiration of the permit that
allowed us to meet the maximum hold time requirement for the fecal coliform analytical test.

Per the requirements of General Permit No. NCG060000, enclosed are two copies of the 2017
(period 1) stormwater analytical monitoring results for Monroe, NC Complex of Tyson Farms,
Inc.
Outfall #7, which is the discharge from the on property stormwater pit, was above the COD and
TSS benchmarks. All stormwater inlets and associated piping leading to the stormwater pit and
ultimately to outfall #7 have been hydro -jetted and debris removed with a vacuum truck.

Outfall #7, which is the discharge from the on property stormwater pit, was above the COD and
TSS benchmarks for two consecutive sampling periods placing this location in Tier Two.
Monthly sampling for COD and TSS is being conducted at outfall #7.
