This facility is a greenfield site that has been under construction since 2011. Pending approval of this permit, we are planning to conduct some calibration checks and performance tests on the equipment starting on August 13, 2012, followed by a .production start date of September 1, 2012, We are hopeful that DENR can accommodate this schedule byssuing confirmation of coverage under the general permit prior to August 13, 2012.. Based on our conversation with Mr. Pickle, he believed this time frame would be feasible. To improve efficiency of processing, Mr. Pickle also suggested we send a copy of this permit application to Ms. Marcia Allocco at the Mooresville Regional Office. She has been copied on this letter and sent a copy of the packet. We do understand that we also need a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan in place prior to facility start-up. We are hopeful that DENR can accommodate this schedule by issuing confirmation of coverage under the general permit prior to August 13 2012.. Based on our conversation with Mr. Pickle, he believed this time frame would be feasible. To improve efficiency of processing, Mr. Pickle also suggested we send a copy of this permit application to Ms. Marcia Allocea at the Mooresville Regional Office. She has been copied on this letter and sent a copy of the packet. We do understand that we also need a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan in place prior to facility start-up.
