Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) report for the
inspection conducted at the subject facility on March 27, 2013, by Ms. Barbara Sifford of this
Office. The site drains into Town Creek in the Yadkin River Basin. The site visit and file review
revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Permit NCG050000.
The assistance of Mr. Michael Cipullo was greatly appreciated during the inspection.
Accordingly, the following observations were noted during the inspection:

Qualitative monitoring has been conducted and is recorded in accordance with permit

3 Other Observations
The outfalls from the property were observed and no visible evidence of solids appeared
to be leaving the property. Dust collected form the silo should be covered to prevent
dispersion from the container prior to disposal.
