Compliance Evaluation Reason for Viislt: Routine Inspection Summary: This facility had very good housekeeping in that there were no resin pellets on the ground_ Shay Wingate, the EHS manager, has done extensive research into the facility's stormwater and any environmental concerns on the property. The stormwater ditchline near the rail cars has been rocked to remove any resin pellets that may wash off the property and no pellets were observed at the time of inspection. Petroleum contaminated soils from previous practices were observed and removed from the site. Three groundwater monitoring wells were installed and are monitored regularly. Semi annual qualitative monitoring and employee training records are not currently maintained and must be retained for at least three years.
