Overall, the facility's Stormwater program was well developed and implemented, however, the following deficiencies in your Stormwater and Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) should be addressed to avoid future compliance issues: • The SPPP should include a "Narrative description of practices" as set forth in Part II, Section A, No. 1(b) of your Certificate of Coverage. • Part H, Section A, No. 2(a) of your Certificate of Coverage requires that you "Evaluate feasible alternatives to current practices" and incorporate these alternatives into the SPPP. • The SPPP did not include a BMP summary as required by Part 11, Section A, No 2(c) of your Certificate of Coverage. • Although qualitative recording keeping was up-to-date, the SPPP had not been updated since 2005.
