The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an site visit of the Creswell WWTP on
9/07/2019. This site visit was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the
conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0048861. The findings and comments
noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report entitled
"Compliance Inspection Report".

Robbie Bullock and Chris Pullinger met with Ryan Swain to see if there were any issues at the WWTP
caused by Hurricane Dorian. The WWTP was on generator power but there were no other issues.
Around 7 pm on 9/7/2019 the WWTP was back on line power.
