Anslev Park — Project Scone Narrative
Ansley Park is a proposed multi -use development located at 4456 Fairview Drive, Wilmington,
NC 28412 (see vicinity map below). The current proposed scope of development is only for the
residential portion, which consists of the construction of ten (10) apartment buildings, a club
house and pool, a mail kiosk, parking lots, driveways, landscaped areas, a stormwater pond, and
all other associated infrastructure. Three (3) other future development parcels are located on
the subject site and will connect to the proposed sanitary sewer infrastructure. Cape Fear Public
Utility Authority (CFPUA) is the owner of the downstream sewer treatment facility and will
service the subject development. Ansley Park will include public portions of sanitary sewer
located along Ansley Drive and will also include private portions of sanitary sewer to service
other portions of the apartment complex.
