Sullins Director Division of Water Quality Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CET) report for the inspection conducted at the subject facility on April 10, 2008, by Mr. Michael L. Parker with this Office. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation during the inspection. The enclosed report should be self-explanatory. Overall, the facility's Stormwater program was well developed and implemented, however, the following deficiencies in your Stormwater and Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) should be addressed to avoid future compliance issues: The SPPP should include a detailed site map that indicates all outfall locations and drainage areas as set forth in Part II, Section A, No. I (a) of your Certificate of Coverage. s Part 11, Section A, No. 8 of your Certificate of Coverage requires that you inspect the facility and all storm water systems at least semi-annually. These inspections should also document any subsequent maintenance activities, the individual making the inspection, and a narrative description of any of your facility's storm water systems. These records should be incorporated into the SPPP. There is only one SW catch basin, however, it is not located in an area of the site where finished and waste materials are stored. Natural drainage patterns are more conducive to sheet flow, although there are locations on the site where rainfall is concentrated (swales) before it leaves the property.
