Attached to this cover letter please find the analytical results of sampling from a storm event on
2/11/2019 to comply with our NPDES General Permit No. NCG030000.
As you will see, the results from our storm water outfall #1 (Outlet) indicate compliance with our
NPDES General Permit NCG030000 and Certificate of Coverage NCG030450 for Electrolux
Home Products, Kinston, NC.
By submitting this data we have met the monitoring requirements for Year 1 (2019) Period 1 of
our permit.

direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel

Facilities that incorporate a solvent management plan into the 5tormwater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the requirement for TTO monitoring
may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(Ti'O), I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or
stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing the all the provisions of the
solvent management plan included in the 5tormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

report August 8, 2018. Report did not have sufficient lower detection limits for Copper,

may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General

Facilities that incorporate a solvent management plan into the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the requirement for T O monitoring
may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For —those facilities electing to employ the 70 monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(TTO), 1 certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or
stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing the all the provisions of the
solvent management plan included in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

Attached to this cover letter please find the analytical results of sampling from a storm event on
2/04/2016 to comply with our NPDES General Permit No. NCG030000.
As you will see, the results from our storm water outfall #1 (Outlet) indicate compliance with our
NPDES General Permit NCG030000 and Certificate of Coverage NCG030450 for Electrolux
Horne Products, Kinston, NC, with the exception of pH reading of 5.8 (vs. 6- 9 standard units).
However, pH measurements from inlet to the facility (see Inlet, grab results in report) indicated a
pH level of 5.3, signifying that the pH level of 5.8 at the permit outlet was the result of low storm
water pH independent of facility activities.
By submitting this data we have met the monitoring requirements for Year 4 (2016) Period I of
our permit.

may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
