4 Facilities that incorporate a solvent management plan into the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan may so certify, and the requirement for TTO monitoring
may be waived. The solvent management plan shall include a list of the total toxic organic compounds used and the other elements listed in the General
Permit. For those facilities electing to employ the TTO monitoring waiver, the discharger shall sign the following certification statement:
"Based upon my inquiry of the person or persons directly responsible for managing compliance with the permit monitoring requirement for total toxic organics
(TTO), I certify that to the best of my knowledge and belief, no dumping of concentrated toxic organics into the stormwater or areas which are exposed to rainfall or
stormwater runoff has occurred since filing the last discharge monitoring report. I further certify that this facility is implementing the all the provisions of the
solvent management plan included in the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan."

Kleinfelder, Inc. (Kleinfelder) is pleased to provide the attached discharge monitoring report
(DMR) for November 2017. There was no measurable storm event during the month of November
as defined by the NPDES Permit. Therefore, samples were not collected and the DMR is checked
"no discharge". One outfall (SDO-01) had stornmwater flow in quantities sufficient to conduct a
qualitative assessment, and a copy of the Qualitative Monitoring Report is also attached.
The following is a summary of the storm events with measurable rain fall that were recorded near
the site in November 2017. The weather data was collected from Wundermap ® for Renaissance
Park weather station KNCRALE1208 which is located about 7,000 feet southwest of the site.
Tuesday, November 7 through Thursday November 9, 2017: The rain event
started at approximately 13:00 on Tuesday and the total rainfall for the event was
0.29 inches, with 0.25 inches of rain occurring between 00:56 and 06:32 on
Thursday November 9. Kleinfelder personnel were present at the site at the time
the rain event started on Tuesday. The initial event consisted of light rain for two
hours with a total accumulation of 0.01 inches. Only very minor discharge from
SDO-1 was noted and it was determined to likely be roof runoff. An additional 0.03
inches of rain occurred on November 8. Kleinfelder visited to the site at
approximately 16:00 to observe the outfalls for flow, however no additional flow
was observed. Because the rain event did not provide a representative discharge
from the outfalls during normal business hours, no sampling was performed.
Monday, November 13, 2017: The rain event started at 00:52. Total rainfall for
the event was 0.62 inches. Because the discharge from the outfalls occurred
outside normal business hours, no sampling was performed.
• Sunday, November 19, 2017: The rain event began on at 02:00 and total rainfall
for the event was 0.05 inches. Because the event occurred outside of normal
business hours, no sampling was performed.

• Wednesday November 22, 2017: The rain event consisted of several hours of
spotty light rain which occurred prior to 06:00. The total rainfall for the event was
0.01 inches. Because the event occurred outside of normal business hours, and
due to the small amount of accumulation, no sampling occurred.
No samples were collected in November 2017 because none of the rain events: 1) met the
definition of a measurable rain event as defined in the permit; 2) occurred during normal business
hours; or 3) caused sufficient storm water discharge for sampling.

The following is a summary of the storm events with measurable rain fall that were recorded near
the site in October 2017. The weather data was collected from Wundermap® for Renaissance
Park weather station KNCRALE1208 which is located about 7,000 feet southwest of the site.
• Sunday, October 7, 2017: The rain event began at 18:00. The total rainfall for the
event was 0.06 inches. Because the event occurred outside of normal business
hours, no sampling was performed.
• Wednesday, October 11, 2017: The rain event began at 20:12. Total rainfall for
the event was 0.77 inches. Because the discharge from the outfalls occurred
outside normal business hours, no sampling was performed.
• Monday, October 16, 2017: The rain event began on at 09:40 and total rainfall
for the event was 0.19 inches. The total rain event consisted of three short light
rain events. From 09:40 to 10:22 a total of 0.06 inches accumulated. Between
10:34 and 11:16 a total of 0.04 inches accumulated. Between 11:52 and 12:52 a
total of 0.09 inches accumulated. Because of the light rainfall and small amount of
rainfall accumulation during the three events no samples were collected.
• Monday, October 23, 2017: The rain event began at 21:24. The total rainfall for
the event was 1.5 inches. Because the event occurred outside of normal business
hours, no sampling was performed.
• Saturday, October 28 and Sunday, October 29, 2017: The rain event began at
23:06 on Saturday the 281". The total rainfall for the event was 1.37 inches.
Because the event occurred outside of normal business hours, no sampling was
performed.

Kleinfelder, Inc. (Kleinfelder) is pleased to provide the attached discharge monitoring report
(DMR) for July 2017. There was no measurable storm event during the month of July as defined
by the NPDES Permit. Therefore, samples were not collected and the DMR is checked "no
discharge".
The following is a summary of the storm events with measurable rain fall that were recorded near
the site in July 2017. The weather data was collected from Wundermap ® for Renaissance Park
weather station KNCRALE1208 which is located about 7,000 feet southwest of the site.
• Tuesday, July 4 and Wednesday, July 5: The rain event started on Tuesday July 4 at
18:56. Because the rain event began outside of normal business hours, no sampling was
performed.
• Friday July 7 and Saturday July 8: The rain event started at 12:50 on July 7 with a short
light rain event (15 minutes) followed by a prolonged period of no rainfall, followed by a
short light rain event beginning at 20:28 on July 8. Total rainfall on July 7 was 0.02 inch,
July 8 was 0.02 inches. No sampling was performed due to no significant flow in the
outfalls on Friday.
Wednesday July 12 and Thursday July 13: The rain event began on Thursday July 12 at
1416 with a short heavy downpour (accumulating 0.07 inches in 28 minutes), followed by
a prolonged period of no rain. An additional 0.01 inches of rain occurred on July 13,
beginning at 19:38. Because the rain event began outside of normal business hours, no
sampling was performed. Because the discharge from the outfalls could not be sampled
within 30 minutes of discharge due to the short duration of the initial rain accumulations,
no sampling was performed.
• Friday, July 16: Total rainfall was 0.44 inch. The rain event started at 03:12. Because the
discharge from the outfalls occurred outside normal business hours, no sampling was
performed.

• Sunday July 23, and Monday July 24: Total rainfall was 0.17 inch. The rain event started +
at 19:28 on Sunday. Because the discharge from the outfalls occurred outside normal
business hours, no sampling was performed.
• Sunday July'27, and Monday July 29: Total rainfall was 0.03 inch. The rain event started
at 21:36 on Sunday. Because the discharge from the outfalls occurred outside normal
business hours, no sampling was performed.
No samples were collected in July 2017 because none of the rain events: 1) met the definition of
a measureable rain event as defined in the permit; 2) occurred during normal business hours; or
3) were of sufficient duration for sampling to occur.

• Monday, August 7 and Tuesday, August 8: The rain event started with a brief 12 minute
downpour at 0832 on Monday in which 0.02 inches accumulated, then did not rain again

outside of normal business hours, no sampling was performed.
• Saturday, August 12 through Wednesday, August 15: The rain event started at 15:22.
Total rainfall for the event was 0.84 inches. Because the discharge from the outfalls
occurred outside normal business hours, no sampling was performed.
• Thursday, August 17: The rain event began on at 13:26 and total rainfall for the event
was 0.06 inches. Because the event occurred within 72 hours of the prior event, no
sampling was performed.
• Saturday, August 19: Total rainfall was 0.23 inch. The rain event started at 01:26.
Because the discharge from the outfalls occurred outside normal business hours, no
sampling was performed.
• Tuesday, August 29: Total rainfall was 0.17 inch. The rain event started at 00:18. Because
the discharge from the outfalls occurred outside normal business hours, no sampling was
performed.
