We are submitting results for outfalls #1, #2, #3, & #6 during the Jul -Dec 2017 reporting period. The
outfall summary is shown below:
#1 outside limits for ph, copper and zinc
#2 outside limits for zinc
#3 within acceptable limits
#4 no flow
#5 no flow
#6 outside limits for copper and zinc
The project to replace the roof membrane was underway during the sampling collection period. New
samples will be collected during the next rain event. A plan will be developed to resolve these issues
after reviewing the next set of data.

A pH value was recorded outside the range, but ambient precipitation pH levels were lower at 5.52. The
reading is from an onsite rain gauge to demonstrate background concentrations were below the pH
range.

I have attached two copies of all outfall results for Feburary 2014. We didn't have qualifying rain event
that was feasible to collect data for stormwater discharge monitoring report during the month.
Howerver, we did collect samples at various locations on our roofing systems to indicate the locations
that may be causing benchmark exceedences for zinc and copper. I have included the sample results.
Also, we have hired an evironmental group to help with these issues as well as stormwater monitoring
reports.
