This was a follw up inspection to determine compliance with the NOV for failure to conduct a Teir 1 response after
exceedances to the benchmark limitations. The facility has installed BMPs to reduce the TSS, but have not taken a
stormwater sample since the installation. A sample must be taken and ananlyzed at the next rain event and the results
