Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting regarding the proposed widening of an 18.7-mile segment of I-95 between U.S. 30 1 /Fayetteville Road (Exit 22) in Robeson County and I-95 Business/U.S. 301 (Exit 40) in Cumberland County. Two public meetings will be held to present the same information: Monday, July 22 4-7 p.m. Robeson Community College- A.D. Lewis Auditorium 5160 Fayetteville Road, Lumberton Tuesday, July 23 4-7 p.m. Gray's Creek Middle School 5151 Celebration Drive, Hope Mills At the meeting there will be maps of the proposed plans as well as project team members who will be available to answer questions and receive feedback. The public may attend at any time during the meeting hours, as no formal presentation will be made. All comments will be taken into consideration as the project progresses. The opportunity to submit written comments will be provided at the meeting or may be done via phone, email, or mail. Comments should be submitted by Aug. 23.
