To whom it may concern,
As per Section II E 7 our NPDES Permit, we are required to notify the state of any
noncompliance Our permit states that we must conduct semi-annual monitoring of our Outfall
002, which is a discharge of non-contact cooling tower water. However, due to a lack of qualifying
storm events, we have still been unable to sample our outfall. We will be analyzing our facility
discharge through this outfall as soon as we have a qualifying storm event In the meantime, we
have no reason to believe that this discharge has become a•hazard to human health or the
environment.
